Fast ride last night at Loch Raven - Seminary. It was my first mountain ride since January. It felt awesome...I felt nimble. I had to ride the geared sled because of fears of hurting my knee any further, so that helped me keep Hoppe in sight. I would say we rode our standard night course in around an hour, which makes me tremendously happy considering it was our first ride of the season. Big Bear should be fun this go round.
We are hitting Gambrill on Saturday. Full EtD crew...Toby, Hoppe, Jimmie, myself and hopefully Volker.
I'll be hitting a soft two mile run tonight.
